From 2000 to 2011, he studied at Secondary School No. 69 named after Sabir.

In 2012–2013, he completed military service at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where he worked as a rescuer and paramedic.

He received higher education in philosophy in Eastern countries, and in business and IT in Europe. He also completed studies in journalism.

He has worked as a journalist for several media outlets. Since 2020, he has served as Chairman of the Youth Council of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party, and since 2025, as Head of the Press Service of the Azerbaijani Popular Parliament.

Political activity: He was a parliamentary candidate from Sabunchu District, 2nd Electoral Constituency No. 27, in 2020 and 2025.

Marital status: Married.
