Azerbaijan Popular Parliament released the report on “Transnational Repression – Azerbaijan”

Atakhan Vali Abilov is a lawyer. From 1991 to 1997, he worked as a lecturer at Baku State University. Between 1997 and 1999, he pursued graduate studies in international law at the Russian Academy of Law. In 2017, he obtained a degree in Social Legal Services from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
