On 13 December 2025, the Baku City Narimanov District Court imposed a preventive measure in the form of deprivation of liberty against Vuqar Qadirli for the period of 3 months during the preliminary investigation. Place of detention: Pre-trial Detention Center № 1 at the Kyurdakhani settlement in Baku City Sabunchu District Conclusion: In the morning of the 12 December 2025, it was detained Vuqar Qadirli, an PFPA activist from the Imishli district. According to the PFPA Imishli district , "Vuqar Qadirli, a veteran of the Karabakh war and a second-degree disability, was detained in the morning in the Imishli district. First, individuals in civilian clothes conducted a search in the cafe where he works, and then searched his house. After that, Vuqar Qadirli was taken away in an unknown direction." As the head of the PFPA press department, Natiq Adilov, noted, Qadirli was an active party member in the region, and had repeatedly protested against both the authorities' policies and the pro-Russian propaganda in his district. The Party members believe that Vuqar Qadirli is being persecuted on political grounds.
